- Sessions run 15 to 60 minutes, from a quick reset to a full hour of deeper work.

- Yes. You adjust pressure and focus areas in real time from a screen at the table, and you can pause or stop at any moment.
- What does it cost?
- Pricing will be announced closer to opening. Waitlist members hear first.
